Integration approach
API when available
REST or FHIR APIs where the system exposes them. MITTAI consumes registration, orders, results, and pushes structured notes and discharge summaries back.
Secure connectors
TLS-encrypted connections, authentication via API keys or OAuth. Connectors run in controlled environments with minimal privilege.
Export / Import
Structured export (JSON, HL7, CSV) for batch import into legacy systems. Import of registration and census data when APIs are limited.
Event-driven updates
Webhooks or polling where supported. New notes, orders, and discharge events trigger updates so downstream systems stay in sync.
Hospital Integrations
MITTAI integrates with hospital information systems (HIMS/HIS) for India, Southeast Asia, and other markets. The platform exchanges:

- • Discharge workflows – Structured discharge summaries, ICD codes

MITTAI does not replace your HIMS. It runs alongside and pushes structured outputs into your system via API, connectors, or export.
